Odondis and Rielle escape the Seln to try and find a better life out there in the world... They've never seen outside the city walls, so it is a shock to discover it's located amidst a massive wasteland.

The only way in or out is via pirate ships that are smuggling goods in and out of the city. What better use for their powers than to serve a bit of justice and have fun seeing the world on a stolen pirate ship?

Hoist up the anchor,

Dust Devils run, oh they run,

Stowing away is a small crime.
